Name: what's your name?

Gender: Female or Male?

Age: Your age? Must be between 8 - 60, so try to be reasonable.

Affiliation: Your village or organization (Example - Team Hawk or Akatsuki... note that those are only two of the organizations in the Naruto world, there are many more)

Rank: From Academy to Kage level - if you want to be a Kage, PM an admin with a RP sample and you might be able to get the position. Keep in mind the more longer and detailed the sample is, the higher chance you'll get to achieving the spot. For rogue nin, put your previous rank before you left the village, and your rank right now. Like the Kages, the bigger your RP sample is the higher chance you'll be approved.

Elemental affinity: Pick out three elements.

Sexual Orientation: Straight, bi or homosexual?

Relationships: If your character is somehow connected to another character, put down their names and tell us about the relation between them.

Family: Who is in your family? Do you get along with your family?

Likes: Put down at least three things that your character likes.

Dislikes: Put down at least three things that your character dislikes.

Personality: Give a good description of your character's personality.

Appearance: What does your character look like? Simply post a picture, or write his/her appearance.

Clan: Name of your clan?

Bloodline: Bloodline of your clan?

Abilities: The ability of the bloodline?

History: The history of your clan?

Location: Where is your clan located?


[size=15][b]JUTSU[/b]:[/size]

(For this try to be reasonable depending on your rank.. of course, later on you can add more jutsu as your character leans. For starting out, 5 E-D ranked jutsu are allowed - just so you don't get owned if you get into an early fight. If it's a Kekke Genkai (Bloodline related technique)  that's doujutsu(Eye related), it won't count in your 5 starting out jutsu. But for doujutsu, you can only start out as the beginning level. )
