Miyako as child was always happy and smiling never caught in a depressed or angry mood but due to unfortunate event when growing she changed she still acst normal but you can see the anger and hatred thats building she is often distracted her mind on other things she also does not like when someone is Underestimating another her favorite saying is "Treat others how you want to be treated"

Name: Lighting Palm
Type: Ninjutsu
Description: Your hand charges up with an immense amount of lighting; who ever you touch will get blasted with all the lighting stored in your hand. It will do a fair amount of damage and paralyze your opponent's chakra point (depending on where you touch your opponent).

Name: Lightning Release Armor
Type: Ninjutsu
electrically stimulates the nervous system and speed up the neural synapses to react faster to danger and push your physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing you to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.

Name: Lightning Illusion Flash Lightning Pillar

This genjutsu blinds the enemy with an extremely bright light that appears to emanate from the user

Name: Water Chain
Type: Ninjutsu
The user of this jutsu will form the serpent hand seal to gather chakra. They will then throw their hands out to the sides and force a restricting ring of water to form from any nearby water source, even the mist that they live in. The ring will then be immediately designated to grab a target specific body part and make it immobolize temporarily. If the user struggles, the chain tightens with an increasing power with each shrug.

By creating a spark of fire release chakra from their hands, this jutsu allows the user to throw multiple balls of orange flame from their hands, which are able to cause fiery explosions on impact. The shots can also light the opponent on fire

The Fire Release: Flame Bullet technique is executed by the user gathering oil in their mouth which is created by chakra you can shoot more then one bullet by rationing the oil you spit out

BACKGROUND

History

Miyako as a child was always happy and always smiling both her parens were ninja so she didnt get to see them as much as she wanted to she was distant from them because of this but she loved them with all her heart and grew closer every time she saw them she never planned on becoming a ninja she never had a reason to while her parents were in a mission there was a double agent on there team an Akatsuki member who assassinated them Miyako got news the next day when she did it would be the first time she wouldnt be smiling she thought about nothing but vengance she was sent to her cousins to live with which was Yugito Nii

During the time she spent with Yugito she learned a couple basic ninja ninjutsu but she never was a student yet Miyako admired her cousin she was beautiful, strong, and well respected so to be more like her she asked her cousin to enroll her inn the academy she went to the academy made friends got stronger excelled actually as if she was made to be a ninja time went by forgetting about her hate she graduated the academy and later passed the Chunnin Exams now a Chunnin

Years later she was on a mission with her cousin Yugito to get to the Land of Fire to give the Hokage information on other Akatsuki they took a rest from the travel setting up a camp Miyako was orderd to go get water which was a couple of miles awayshe left and when Miyak returned all she found was a large area of destruction she rushed searching he area for Yugito she wasnt able to find her all she did find was the torn clothing of a Akatsuki member the sight of it angerd her regaining her anger she wanted nothing more then killing off the whole orginization now at all cost

Returning to her village she headed straight for the kage she tod him what happend and asked if he could do anything to help her to get the Akatsuki back he told Miyako he couldnt that it would be complications this made her even angry that she couldnt even get help from her own village she stormed out all she thought about was about all her family that was killed the Akatsuki ran through her mind she went home and packed her things she left her village to pursue her goal one way or another she now travels searching for clues about the Akatsuki to get her closer to find them on the way she meets many people who impact her

*Miyako would walk aimlessly searching for a town the cool wind breezing through her hair the moons midnight light shinning down upon her each step she would take is graceful yet barely audiable she would be wearing a white short cut top and a black flak jacket over it open up and black pants as she walked looking up at the night sky the akatsuki and her family ran through her mind a single tear ran down her face she wipes it away holding in her tears feeling she needs to find them quicker to end her pain she nears a town lights flashing hearing laughter smelling a sweet armoa from the food come from it she drops her arms back to her side as she puts on a fake smile to make new friends to find more information and search for information on the Akatsuki her Shuriken Holster by her right side ready if anything would happen again like the other town she stops at the gates of the town as there would then be a huge flash of light blinding her for a second she covers her eyes only to hear an explosion when she does*..... W.w..what happend *all she finds is a huge landscape completly destroyed burnt marking on the ground ruble everywhere as if the town was attacked leaving no one left in it luckily she was not in it yet* i suppose i wont find anything here *she does 5 handsigns quickly as a bolt from the sky hits her after the strike there would be nothing there only a striked mark searching for more towns more villages anything*
